The Head Brewer at LBC will not only love beer, but also have:
- 4 years of experience in a microbrewery
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, sanitation, beer production, and machinery
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with our internal team, as well as external distributors, customers, retailers, etc.
