What's Happening

Spend a lovely summer evening practicing yoga in Lansing Brewing Company’s Stockhouse. We will practice an all-levels vinyasa flow from 7-8pm, then cool down with a cold pint of LBC’s local craft beer after class. Both modifications for beginners and more challenging variations for seasoned yogis will be taught. Invite your friends! Beginners welcome!
